###

**Hey y’all,**

I wanted to check in really quick because there are some **exciting things** coming to the blog, and I know you’re gonna love it because you love me. 🥰 But first, check out my [new website!](https://soulthewriter.carrd.co/?ref=themariejohn.com)

Alright, let’s get into it. 👇🏼

**📰 Thursday Night News Journal**

Starting **this Thursday at 7:30 PM**, I’m bringing you the **Thursday News Journal**—a **weekly recap** of what’s really going on in **current events, the economy, and health**. No fluff, no overhyped nonsense—just the important stuff that actually matters. Think of it as your **quick, no-BS news fix before the weekend.**

### 🔎 Unsolved: The Shadow Files

And for my **true crime lovers** — this one is for you 🔥. Shout out to my baby sister because she absolutely loves true crime and I KNOW she will be the first person tuning in to her email every month when it drops. 🤪

Every **last Friday night of the month**, I’m diving into a **cold case that still has more questions than answers**. Some are eerie, some are absolutely *insane* but all of them will leave you wondering *what really happened.*

#### *Please note:*

*Unsolved: The Shadow Files will be strictly for my paid subscribers. However, they aren’t just paying for the true crime posts — they get a plethora of other posts on my blog that will be behind a paywall. The Sunday Muse (Sunday Newsletter) & the Thursday Night News Journal will always be free! In addition to some of my poetry, regular blog posts about life, and others. Consider signing up for $5 a month, but even if you don’t, you’re still getting lots of new stuff! 💖 Free or paid, I love you all.*

I can’t wait to get these going & again I appreciate all of your support!

**See y’all soon,**
Soul 🤍
