Good morning my friends. I’m so happy to be here with you today. Life has been so amazing lately. I just feel this huge weight lifted off of my mind and it feels so good. Like I just know that things will ultimately be okay. I wake up everyday with a smile on my face thanking God for another day — that I woke up healthy, that my kids woke up healthy, that I have the energy to make my coffee, make breakfast, kiss my fiance and just be happy. I could scream into the abyss right now with joy and excitement in a way that I have not been able to do in a long time. I am truly at peace. I hope that you all are feeling at peace in your life right now and if not, I’m wishing and hoping for peace in your home and your life all around. Now, you know the drill. Grab your favorite beverage — preferably coffee because, let’s be real, coffee on a Sunday morning hits so different. Let’s talk. This week… the topic is about Love & Vulnerability.

Love is so many things right now — romantic wise, self-love, and love for the people who bring light into my life. But more than anything, love feels soft in my life these days. It’s those little moments when you realize how far you’ve come and how much love you’ve learned to give, especially to yourself. I’ve been focusing on being kind to myself… embracing where I am, not where I think I should be. I know that real love isn’t always loud; sometimes, it’s the quietest, gentlest moments that speak the loudest. And if you know me you know I love the little things. And in those moments, vulnerability shows up… when we’re not afraid to be ourselves, flaws and all.

Romantic love feels like home right now too. Someone who truly sees me for who I am and accepts me, no matter what goes on in life. Last year was such a blur in our relationship and I’m not too shy to admit that. We had a rough year… but we made it to the other end of the tunnel and I’m so grateful for that. And I’m realizing that love, in any form, is not about being perfect; it’s about being real. So, if you’re in a space where you feel like you’re not “enough,” know that love doesn’t work like that. You are, always. 💖
Teaching my kids about love and vulnerability is something I’m learning right alongside them and I’m doing my best to be a good example even if I fall short sometimes, ya know? I want them to know it’s okay to show their emotions, to express their feelings, and to let their guard down sometimes. Love doesn’t always have to be tough and strong. It can be soft, it can be messy, and it can be vulnerable… always vulnerable. I want them to know that it’s okay show that. I’m teaching them that real love means accepting all the pieces of each other and within themselves. That’s a lesson I want them to carry with them forever. 🌿

So I want you to know that you are enough. You deserve love. You deserve to be accepted. You deserve someone to be patient with you. You deserve softness. You deserve it. Even if it’s you that’s providing it all to your self. You deserve it.

Musings & Moments (Poem) ✨
“A Tender Touch”
Love isn’t always loud,
It’s a quiet whisper at the dawn,
It’s the soft, steady hand
That lifts you when you’ve fallen.
Love is the gentle touch
That says, “You’re enough,”
When words are lost,
And all that’s left is trust.

Love is the quiet breath
That fills the spaces between us,
The unspoken words that linger,
Where only hearts can trust.
It’s the look that says, “I see you,”
When everything else is blind,
A feeling that stays,
Even when we’re apart,
It’s the connection that binds.

In vulnerability, love blooms,
A garden of tender grace,
A place where we can rest,
And simply be embraced. 🌸

Journal Prompt ✨
Reflect on a time when you allowed yourself to be truly and honestly vulnerable. How did it feel? How did love show up for you in that moment, whether from others or yourself? What did you learn about yourself through that experience? Write about how you can continue to embrace vulnerability in your life. Don’t hold back either. I want you to write it all out! 💖
