The Dangerous Game of Temptation

Sometimes we think we’re bigger than the game. Like we’re bigger than the program. Like we can walk into a room with a person that has the ability within their energy to suck the soul from our body and place it back inside of us with their name imprinted on it. You walk into a situation on a high from convincing yourself that you have control…only for the universe to remind you just how strong energies can be.

the tension has been rising for a while now.

I sit across the table – undressing him with my eyes.

we’ve been taking off layers of ourselves for hours…

getting naked from within.

we’re both wide open and exposed from the inside.

just like I envision being right on top of this table. but I keep resisting — trying to control the program.

remnants of Cabernet sit at the bottom of my glass, warm from the heat that’s been permeating from my body. the more he speaks, the more the blood in my body rushes.

its almost like his tongue is laced with lust and passion — and the gravity of his presence wants my body to be it’s host. it continues to pull me closer until I have no choice but to give in.

I swallow hard… sweat building slowly on my skin.

shifting slowly in my seat, I can feel the wetness between my legs. I know he can feel it without even touching me – we’re in sync. I cant explain how… or why… but I know.

and I know he knows it, too.

his energy is doing laps around me, pulling me into a whirlwind of temptation and dangerous thoughts.

the more I resist, the deeper the pulse gets.

I squeeze my thighs together, trying to slow it down, but he notices…

his eyes drop, just for a second – then they lift back to mine – piercing through the shield I continue to put up. he’s removing every layer brick.. by brick.

I realize in that moment, he’s been playing chess since the moment I walked in.

the room suddenly feels smaller – like everything that’s sitting around us has stepped back to create space for whatever this is becoming.

I exhale slowly, but no amount of trying to steady my breath was going to level my emotions.

if anything, it was pulling me closer to him and this moment… to the part of myself that was ready to stop pretending that I didn’t want to be touched.

Now that I got you all hot and bothered, I hope you have a fabulous week.
